The Elephant kills PDF

Evernote client for Mac (and Windows) has been updated to verison 10 with a lot of improvement and unification of interface with Web/Mobile version.

Niced card view, faster search, and more intuisive note editor…it looks super powerful update for majority of Evernote users.

As maby already mentioned (I assume), Evernote recently improved a lot in its web interface while client application(s) are far behind especially in user interface. They aimed to make it be more integrated userexperience across the platform.

I, as 10 years Evernote user, must be garteful to this change.

However, Evernote quietly killed one crucial feature for me…

You can “Scan” the document by Smartphone app as PNG, and convert to PDF

Mobile verions of Evernote has feature of scanning the document by camera. It processes the image of the (paper) document as digital document as if you use scanner.

You can “scan” many images into one note as attachment of png files.
